Friday the 13th

This last Friday was an opportunity to do Friday the 13th deals. I remember the first time I did this. It wasn’t such a popular thing back then. Mostly other artists and people that were heavily tattooed were aware of it. I have gone through stages, disliked and liked this.

I see why many shops have rules for Friday the 13th. Arms and legs only, no add-ons, only one design per client, mandatory tip, no hands neck and face. These are some that are out there because like a lot of things, someone has ruined it for others.

I have come a long way in 25 years. Now I cut deals on things I like to do, if someone sees another design that I don’t feel, I have no problem saying no. At the end of the day, I still want to have.a good time and put designs on others that they will still like in 5-10 years.

I met some new folks that I hope I will see again and create more art.
